Do you teach children?
No. Apex works exclusively with adults.

Do I need any special materials or software?
No. All Methods are online and include everything you need, accessible on any device.
The aim is to learn quickly online then practise offline by yourself, or better still, with others wanting also to improve their English.
How quickly will I see results?
With consistent practice (even 30–60 minutes per day), learners often notice improvement within a few weeks.
You can practise the Method anywhere, and at any time.

Can I combine this program with other learning?
Yes. Many learners complement Apex with schoolwork, tutoring, or media. Our program works as a flexible, accelerated learning solution.
The only thing I would stress is this.
If you have learned the Method make sure that any practise you do with a tutor or a friend helping you is done after teaching them the Method.
There is a difference between 'learning' English and 'practising' English.
Sure, learn from your tutor, but use the Method exclusively for practice.

What I think is the problem?
The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) is funded by the Australian federal government. It claims to teach migrants and refugees skills to help them settle into their new life.
They are taught Australian cultural and social norms - very important for successful integration into Australian society.
According to the website, the English language program focuses on teaching practical language skills,
A Google snippet suggests that practical language skills are often neglected in more traditional language courses.
I would argue that AMEP's program is not very different from 'traditional language courses' especially at the coalface of tutor-learner interactions.
I am sure learners are given:
Lists of words to learn, many of which are not relevant to daily life
'Teaching to the test' lessons in which learners have to memorise English to pass milestones in their development of competency.
Learning dialogues which are very difficult to replicate quickly in daily interactions.
How many dialogues must be learned to cover every situation?
What they are not given is adequate and effective structured communication practice that integrates the English they have learned.
This is why learners are completely unable to communicate after a number of lessons over months or even years.
It's not because adult migrants and refugees are unintelligent or lazy. It's because of a lack of adequate effective practise of all their skills.
It's claimed that "The AMEP has helped many students achieve their goals".
And I am sure this is true, but just as many (as explained in the ABC story) are not helped to reach their goals.
